Cadets

Inspiring the next generation

We bring hands-on cyber, STEM and team experiences to cadet organisations, engaging young people, building real and transferable skills, and opening their eyes to genuine future careers in cyber and technology.

The Challenge

If it feels like school, you've already lost them

Young people switch off quickly when learning feels passive or academic. To build real interest and skills in cyber and STEM, activities have to be hands-on, social, competitive and genuinely fun, not another lecture to endure.

Get the engagement wrong and even the most important subjects simply bounce off. Get it right, and you can light a spark that lasts a lifetime, shaping confidence, capability and, for some, an entire career direction.

Our Solution

A challenge, not a class

We bring gamified, hands-on cyber and STEM experiences designed specifically for cadet organisations, so cadets lean in rather than tune out, and pick up real capability along the way.

Gamified challenges and competitions
01

Gamified challenges and competitions

Fun, competitive activities hold attention and build momentum, so cadets learn without ever feeling like they're being lectured at. The competition is the hook; the genuine skill development happens almost as a by-product of the enjoyment.

  • Competitive & fun
  • Learning by stealth
Real, transferable skills
02

Real, transferable skills

Beneath the fun, cadets develop hands-on cyber and digital skills that genuinely matter for education and future work. What looks like a game is quietly building real, transferable capability they'll carry well beyond the session.

  • Genuine cyber skills
  • Transferable for life
Teamwork and leadership
03

Teamwork and leadership

Activities are built to develop communication, collaboration and leadership under friendly pressure, exactly the qualities cadet organisations exist to build. Cyber becomes the vehicle for the personal development that's already at the heart of cadet life.

  • Aligned to cadet values
